How a Baddie Creator Built Authenticity into Her Content Strategy – Real Talk with Zeineb Bescharnia

Welcome to the launch of our Baddie Creator series, where we’ll showcase authentic content creators, UGC creators, artists, and creatives—those who stay true to themselves in a world full of trends. Today, we’re featuring Zeineb, a creator known for her genuine connection with her audience and her thoughtful storytelling. Zeineb offers a refreshing perspective on content creation, staying true to her purpose and bringing real, original voices to the forefront.

What Inspired the Journey

« Many creators have influenced me, but Léna Situations had a particular impact. She makes her audience feel like friends, and that connection stuck with me. Growing up in the YouTube era, I was drawn to creators like Natoo. In Tunisia, I admire Beya Mlika for her energy, Yasmine Thaghri for her unique style, and Yasmine Elamri for making education engaging. »

Finding Inspiration for Content
« I pull ideas from Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, but mostly, I trust my instincts. The best ideas often come randomly—observing, overthinking, or just existing. »

Keeping Content Fresh

« I pay attention to what my audience enjoys but always add my personal touch. I strive for balance: some content is lighthearted and fun, while other pieces dive deeper. I avoid trends that don’t resonate with me and focus on what feels natural.

I enjoy making analytical content—the kind that requires research and thought. A skincare video I did with my friend Amine was a highlight. It was fun, but also well-prepared. Some content needs fact-checking, while others can be spontaneous. I like both. Lately, I’ve been drawn to podcast-style formats with a cultural focus.

At the heart of everything, storytelling is what makes content relatable. I’ve always been a talker—so much so that even my parents ask me to take a break. But sharing stories is what keeps content engaging and real. »

Challenges and Growth

The Reality of Content Creation
« In Tunisia, brands often undervalue creators. Many want free exposure without offering fair compensation. I only work with brands that align with my values and respect my work.
Balancing content creation, a full-time job, and finishing my master’s degree is another challenge. It’s exhausting, but good organization helps. »

Staying Relatable While Working with Brands
« I only collaborate with brands that make sense for me. Before committing, I test the products and research the company. If it feels forced, I pass. People can tell when a partnership isn’t genuine. »

Micro-Creators vs. Big Influencers
« Smaller creators usually have a tighter bond with their audience. That connection can be lost with huge followings, but every creator brings value. »

Impact and Aspirations

« I want my content to inspire confidence, encourage curiosity, and promote open-mindedness. My focus is on creating an inclusive, honest space. »

Dream Collaborations
« In the near future, I’d love to work with SVR. Internationally, Hôtel Mahfouf (Léna Situations’ brand) would be a dream. I’d also love to collaborate with Squeezie on a creative project. »

A fun fact about me
« I can disappear into a book for hours. I tend to overthink everything, which is why I love structured content. My close friends mean the world to me, and I have an unhealthy obsession with cats. While I might seem high-energy, I definitely have a reflective side too. Oh, and I talk a lot. Seriously, a lot. »
